All winners of firearms will be subject to a 10 day waiting period, which will start once a dealer's record of sale has been completed in person at Sportsman's Warehouse. All winners will be subject to a state and federal background check. Trade-ins of firearms will not be allowed by Sportsman's Warehouse. All guns not claimed within 30 days of the dinner will be considered unclaimed and ownership will be transferred to CWA and considered a donation. In the event you wish to donate your firearm, a receipt will be filled out in your name and mailed to you for your contribution.
